Thai Won Ahn, the most favorite in the lineup of Nut Fusion Natural Peanut Spreads, has blended peanuts, chucks of crystallized ginger, and a fair amount of red pepper to give your taste buds the heat you are looking for in Thai dishes, over fish, and peanut sauces. The surprisingly pleasant crystalized ginger bursts immediately on your tongue and the red pepper and ginger provide a nice back of the palette after burn. Is it too hot for you? It depends on your taste buds. The chunky texture and flecks of red pepper provide an attractive look if being used in a simple application such as on a cracker. The great thing about Thai Won Ahn is that the heat can be controlled to your liking by using it with coconut milk, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, oil or soup stock to create the level of heat you prefer. Our favorite application is on grilled jalapeño peppers with cream cheese. Yum! It is absolutely fabulous on baked white fish.
